Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within a 24 hour window will be required in order to re-book future appointments.
Same day or last minute cancellations or no shows for a chemical service will be responsible a flat fee of 100$ in order to rebook. For all other services you will be responsible for 100% of the service price in order to rebook.
Any appointments later than 15 minutes and without communication with me about this delay will result in as “no show” (refer to no show policies above)
